All types of fungus belong to the Kingdom Fungi which are Eukaryotes (that means they have a cell nucleus), and all, except for yeast and some chytrid species, are multicellular organisms. So to answer your question all fungi are multicellular organisms, except for yeast and some chytrid species that are unicellular.

Yes, fungi do have cell walls, made of chitin and other polysaccharides. They also do have a nucleus, which categorizes them as a eukaryotic organism. That is commonly why they were mistaken for plants, except for the fact the do not have chloroplasts to capture light.

All cells have a cell membrane. Fungi also have cell walls, but true fungi do not have a cellulose cell wall, but rather one made of polysaccharides or chitin.
