It depends on what type of germ it is. If it is a dangerous germ it can grow pretty quickly, but if it is quite a harmless germ it will grow slowly but could become dangerous if it isn't stopped by your body, there is a 99.9 percent chance that your white blood cell will stop the harmless germ from affecting you and probably kill the germ so i hope that answers your question.
