Yes they can at first however, not always. Mostly condoms just hurt. The best thing you can do for a woman condom wise is to invest in lubricated ones. However, when that lubrication wears out, the condom can do alot of damage to a girl. Having ribbed condoms only increases this damage. Lack of lubrication also increases the chances of the condom breaking, so you might want to consider switching them during sex, to ensure enough lubrication is present. So, while initially it may be something slightly 'different' it can leave us women feeling quite sore, and potentially pregnant afterward. Plain and simple lubricated condoms are the best way to go.
