If a rabbit is ongoing pain (like it's sick, or has an injury), then it might grind its teeth. This is not the same as the kind of tooth-grinding that sounds like a purr and means the rabbit is happy: it's louder and crunchier.
If a rabbit has a urinary infection or a bladder stone, it might cry out while urinating. This isn't as loud or scary as a scream, but any vocalisations the rabbit makes while urinating is a sign of pain.

∙ 11y agoWell it really depends on the guiena pig if she is vocal than yes if not she still might make nose but remember it there is alot of blood or takes more than 30 min call your vet emeditly a good vet is low cost pet clinic in garden grove ca there prices are very good
