If a rabbit has a urinary infection or a bladder stone, it might cry out while urinating. This isn't as loud or scary as a scream, but any vocalisations the rabbit makes while urinating is a sign of pain.

Well it really depends on the guiena pig if she is vocal than yes if not she still might make nose but remember it there is alot of blood or takes more than 30 min call your vet emeditly a good vet is low cost pet clinic in garden grove ca there prices are very good
