Yes they can. Porridge oats can be part of their daily diet because it is a grain and I read on the Internet that you can. They are a good source of fiber. However, never give cooked porridge to hamsters!

∙ 11y agoYes! Hamsters can indeed eat oats, hamsters can have grains, fruits, vegatables. They cannot eat potatoes, onions, cabage, dairy products, and its not good to feed them human food. They can eat lettuce, but not a lot in can give them diarrhea, which can be deadly for hamsters.
