I would imagine they would be okay as long as you fed the crab well, if the crab gets hungry well - the snail would be fair game - since crabs don't really care whether it is an animal or a plant that they eat and in the water they feed on mollusks or what ever they can get a hold of.
No crabs don't eat snail but i am not to sure if they get along if i did have to give an answer i would have to say no
