you have to shave your armpits and legs .pretty much any part of your body that isn't covered by a bathing suit you have to shave except your head of course. theres swim caps for that .the reason you have to shave is it makes you go faster because then you don't have drag that hair with while in a race.the hair causes friction bascially.hopes this helps
