Anyone can see your profile and what you say/do, includeing teachers/the school.
They are not supposed to 'stalk' you but they can. I really doubt that the school will search through every person at the schools profiles unless there have been reports of bullying or threats to a pupil.
A girl at our school got suspended for bullying a pupil via facebook.
