The answer is no. Earliest man had to create a means of communicating. On a more basic level, earliest man had to evolve enough to actually speak. This included the development of the mouth palette, larynx, vocal chords and brain to accommodate the skill of speech.
Once that was achieved, language began to develop. First rudimentary words developed, then sentence formation to handle complex methods of communicating (things like past tense, future tense ideas, using more than one word to describe one thing etc). Language is alive, it constantly evolves and changes. Any language that fails to change and adapt soon dies out.
