There are 14 joints in each hand (excluding the wrist) and 15 joints in each foot (excluding the ankle). That's a total of 58 just for the hands and feet. Add to that the ankles, knees, hips, wrists, elbows, shoulders (12) and spine (33) - and you get another 45 making 103 joints.
