the answer is episode 35 part 2 to episode 37
Inuyasha meets Kagome at the train station in Episode 1, titled "The Girl Who Overcame Time and the Boy Who Was Just Overcome." Kagome, a modern-day high school student, is pulled into a mystical well that transports her to the Sengoku period, where she encounters Inuyasha. Their initial meeting sets the stage for their adventures together as they search for the shards of the Shikon Jewel.
He hated her, because he thought, she were Kikyo. Kikyo bounded him at the tree of ages. Because Kagome is Kikyo's reincarnation, she looks a bit like her. That's why he also called Kagome "Kikyo" when they first met.
There are a lot of Characters including the Inuyasha and friends, Sesshomaru, Koga, Naraku, Kikyo and Kaede, Lord Gorai, Monk Sen (who is really Tsugmi), Datara, Mitsurugi, Sugagaki, Hachi, Jineji and his Mother, Hosenki, Kagome's Family and her 3 friends, Sara, the god of Mt. Habaki, and Sea god. You may meet some other characters when you meet Mitsurugi and Sugagaki and they send you back in time to the Heian Era; when Tsugmi was alive. (I can't remember all the characters but hopefully I've given you all the Character's you'll encounter more then once, you only see Koga once though).
If you mean the one where Kagome runs to meet InuYasha then they're walking together, its called "To Love's End", or "To the End of Feelings". It's a very good anime by the way;)
