just like us a bi-laterally symmetrical, meaning if you were to cut a koala in half down its length the two halves would be mirror images of each other. but please don't hurt koalas, they are adorable

Kangaroos are an example of bilateral symmetry. They have symmetry across one plane (directly down the centre of their body). Compared to radial symmetry which is symmetry from a central point eg a circle.
