The Bottlenose Dolphin gets its name from its mouth, which is rounded and looks like a bottle. People thought that the mouth of the Bottlenose Dolphin looked like a nose instead of a mouth.

Bottle-nose dolphins don't have that many predators because dolphins are really big, but there's lots of animals that one of its predators is a dolphin. Here's all the predators I know of........ Killer whales (actually every whale.) And sharks. But dolphins usually win these battles. (but baby dolphins can't fight any or fight back.)
