yes! they can. i found some ladybugs in my house and gave them a little honey on a potato peel. but i think they would get more energy from eating other insects like aphids....well i think aphids are insects but im not sure.

Yes, Lady Bugs do eat pollen. They actually require a source of pollen.

A few species will eat pollen early in the years when other food is not available. Most species do not, and none will do so if preferred food is available.

They eat them if they are small enough. Afraid I do not have an exact measurement for the "cutoff point"
