This is a glitch that cannot be done through the actual game itself. There is a coding online that enables the glitch to be done for MW3. You are required to have an Elite clan that is at least Level 5 before you can have a YELLOW clan tag. Where it asks you to put the text you can put the coding for any buttons for this and you can have any buttons showing up, like L3, R3, Y, B, X, A, triangle, circle, square, L1, R1, or any other button.
