On a life insurance application, you must answer all of the medical questions on doctor visits and medications being taken. A blood test would confirm that you are on Prozac, and you would most likely be denied your policy due to false or misleading statements. My advice is to disclose all medical visits and medications that you are taking. You might not get the best rate, but I don't think that you would be denied either.
