Yes! I saw a lizard near a bedbug I placed on a white napkin outside for a closer examination. I looked away for 20 seconds and the lizard was where the bedbug was and there was no bed bug. Just a happy lizard.

I was just wondering the same thing. I found out that yes, yes they do. I would think the size of the roach it eats depends on the size of the lizard.
