Should you? I don't know that's up to you, it's cool sometimes, but it requiers dedication.
I have no clue about how to stop false awakenings either than forcing yourself to awaken, by trying to tense your body or trying to open your eyes with all you got.

Dreams about danger are usually expressions of normal anxiety. Dreams do not cause anything to happen in reality.
Experiencing a new dream is not unusual or cause for concern. Dreams reflect your ongoing experience of life, so new dreams are to be expected.

Dreams do not cause things to happen. A dream of Jesus, or any religious figure, generally reflects the religious tradition or personal faith of the dreamer. The meaning of the dream depends on what occurs in the dream.
