it is antient holy. btw, the water is holy to.
This depends on the denomination or church that you are getting baptized into. Many churches baptize by immersion, which means that you will go completely under the water after a priest, minister, pastor, etc says a blessing or prayer of some sort. Other churches baptize by sprinkling, which means you will stand near a fountain while he/she says the blessing or prayer and then you will have water sprinkled on your head.
theyre not "born of water" i think u mean theyre baptized. meaning washed in water in the name of the Father.
Unlike the Catholic Church and other similar churches that baptize you into their church, the Assemblies of God believe in water baptism. However, the Assemblies of God believes that water baptism is an external evidence of an internal conversion. When you are baptized at an Assemblies of God church, you are baptized into the kingdom of God not into the Assemblies of God.
People who want to be considered Christian should be baptized primarily because Jesus told the disciples to go and make other disciples baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 28:19-20). A second reason is that a new believer in Christ would logically want to be identified with Jesus and one way is to be baptized. Most controversy regarding baptism in Christian churches is not why someone should be baptized, but how should a person be baptized. That issue raises all kinds of tempers with different denominational organizations. Bible literalists may want to be baptized in the Jordan River in Israel. Less literal groups may choose immersion baptism in some other water body or a baptismal font in a church. Non-literalists might be happy to be baptized with water by sprinkling. I once asked my pastor how he would baptize me if we were in a desert and there were no water. He thought a minute and answered, "I would spit on my hands and baptize you with that." I said "No can do; we are dried out, have cotton mouth, and can't spit or pass any other form of water!" He finally said he would baptize me with sand! I thought that reasonable. So, some may think immersion in "holy" water sanctified by all sorts of ritual and some may think in whatever is convenient with as little ritual as possible!

Jesus fulfilled Scripture when he was water baptized. But He was not baptized for His sins- He was sinless. When Jesus was baptized, He was baptized with the Holy Spirit, and with the Spirit came power. Jesus never performed any miracles before he was baptized. He had the Holy spirit, but he was not baptized with the full power of the Spirit until John baptized him.

Usually in Catholic churches, the person (usually a small child) is brought to the front of the church wearing a white baptismal garment. They are baptized by the priest in front of the whole congregation. The priest either dunks the person's head in the holy water or pours it on them three times, each time saying,"You are baptized in the name of the father, and the son, and the holy spirit"
