UHF (Ultra High Frequency)
Microwaves are a frequency of electromagnetic radiation. It has a higher frequency than radio waves, but has a lower frequency than infrared light.
Microwaves have the second lowest frequency in the Electromagnetic spectrum, but they still have a high enough frequency to cause health problems. Microwave exposure is linked to causing cancer, brain tumors / Alzheimer's disease and Cellular DNA Damage. Considering this, there are also many advantages of using microwaves, too.
VHF - Very high frequency
Visible light has shorter wavelengths than microwaves. Microwaves, which might be considered the highest energy radio waves, have a longer wavelength (and a lower frequency) than visible light.
A: Microwaves are AC frequency in the very high spectrum. And no they do not change AC to DC
UHF (Ultra High Frequency)
Electromagnetic radiation with a frequency of 0.6GHz is ultra-high frequency Microwaves. It has a wavelength of 50cm.
Gamma rays, X - rays, Ultraviolet , visible light , Infra - red, Heat radiation, Microwaves, ultra high frequency , very high radio frequency ,radio frequencies, power frequencies.
Bluetooth, WiFi, and remote-lock car keys do that.

Radio waves start at very long wavelengths LF or low frequency defined as 30kHz to 300kHz, MF or medium frequency from 300kHz to 3MHz, HF or high frequency from 3MHz to 30MHz, VHF or very high frequency from 30MHz to 300MHz, UHF or ultra high frequency from 300MHz to 3GHz and SHF from 3GHz to 30GHz. After that they are normally just called microwaves. Many microwave ovens operate near 2.4GHz which is only UHF.
