I highly doubt that you would get a Visa with a drug history.
There is a lot of talk in the Forii all over the web, and it seems like the success rate is very very low.
Many ppl just go on the Visa waiver on good luck, most succeed some get send back.
Me personaly wouldn't risk it. Nor do I advice it.
Try its not unheared of to get a visa. Personally had a run in with the law, was honest about it got a B visa. Later on a L1.
