The family of New world monkeys called Callitricids (which are the marmosets and tamarins) DO NOT have prehensile tails. HOWEVER all of the Cebids DO have prehensile tails. No Old World monkeys have prehensile tails.

Actually some do and some don't. There are a wide variety of Rhesus Macaque monkeys ranging from such geographic locations as Borneo, India, and Nepal plus a few more. It has been studied some alignments have occurred between the tails and no tails and have started warring tribes of Rhesus monkeys.

i believe not. as far as im concerned, all macaques are old world monkeys, therefore their tails aren't prehensile.

No, this is a trait exclusive to new world monkeys (platyrrhini). Still, not all of them display this adaptation.
