If you really want the piercing done there isn't much too it, you need to be in the right mind set. Nipple piercings can be some what intense but not "painful", in the hands of a professional body piercer the experience can be some what fun. Yeah I know it sounds funny, but once you find the right piercer and you're comfortable with him/her they should be able to guide you through the experience with little discomfort. Mind over matter, if you don't mind, the discomfort doesn't really matter.
