I have a siamese. she lived with dogs for a bit but they were guard dogs for a farm and didnt play. I think that the more intelligent breeds (such as the siamese) do fetch without training or copying dogs. If your cat breed is not listed as one of the most intelligent, you probably just have a very clever individual.
