Yes... to keep them healthy as possible XD
The mother's milk, and when it get's old enough, a little bit of grass and water.
You need to eat healthy and exercise. Diet pills will only mess up your metabolism.
They are special horses that you have to TAME before you can train and BLUP. After that you can train them like a normal horse. They also give you diamonds until they turn 80 years old. :)

you can be any age as long as your good with horses and that you introduce yourself to them
No, a neutered cat does not need a special diet. A cat, whether it has its reproductive organs or not, still has the same nutritional requirements. All cats are obligate carnivores. A change in diet isn't necessary. Most cats, especially ones that have been neutered before or around 6 months old, do not become overweight prior to the procedure. Keep feeding the cat's normal food, and keep an eye on his weight, and if needed, adjust the amount of food being fed accordingly.
a lot of fibre
I think you will have to check but Branflakes and Prune Juice.
Yes they can. Horses can be ridden until any age aslong as they are fit and healthy and in good condition, although some horses start to lack stamina and energy as they get older. Horses and ponies over 20 would need lighter work than say a 10 year old.
Before I go rambling about nutrition needs for young and old horses, let me tell you all horses are different. Young horses, say, around 2-15 years old can stay on the same diet of grain and hay. The grain that is reccomended for horses between these ages is a brand made for horses of that age. They usually don't have artheritis in these ages, but like I said, all horses are different. If you know your horse has artheritis I would recommend a suppliment that you would mix in with your horses grain. You can get it at your local farming market. Horses 16+ need a grain that is made specially for older horses, that there bones are growing weaker and makes it easier during winter months. Like I said all horses are different. If you have show horses they even have special grains for better performance. Look into it. Sweeney_Todd_Fan
If she keeps a healthy diet and eat her greens she should not need it but some need it due to menstruation.
You can be as young as 16 years old, but you need a special permit from Guadalajara's version of the DMV.
