Yes they do, even though they cough up pellets, they do still have to poo. The bones and fur get coughed up and the rest of it goes out the other end.

No, actually they use their gizzard to crush their food (even bones and stones) and then the puke up the remains.

Owls do have rear-ends actually. True, they regurgitate what they cannot digest but what they can digest has to have some place to go.

Yes, although owls do cough up and spit out owl pellets (containing the skin and bones of what they eat), the rest of the animals are digested and processed normally by the owl's guts.
