My pain clinic does. I've seen a few patients not be given their prescription because they have came up for something as small as marijuana. Or others did not receive their prescriptions because when drug tested, they didn't have their medication in their systems. (I'm assuming that the doctors assumed they were doing something illegal with their medication.)...
