n the wild, the giant panda is a terrestrial animal and primarily spends its life roaming and feeding in the bamboo forests of the Qinling Mountains and in the hilly Sichuan Province.[24] Giant pandas are generally solitary,[25] and each adult has a defined territory, and a female is not tolerant of other females in her range. Pandas communicate through vocalization and scent marking such as clawing trees or spraying urine.[4] They are able to climb and take shelter in hollow trees or rock crevices, but do not establish permanent dens. For this reason, pandas do not hibernate, which is similar to other subtropical mammals, and will instead move to elevations with warmer temperatures.[26] Pandas rely primarily on spatial memory rather than visual memory.[27]
Social encounters occur primarily during the brief breeding season in which pandas in proximity to one another will gather.[28] After mating, the male leaves the female alone to raise the cub.[29]
Though the panda is often assumed to be docile, it has been known to attack humans, presumably out of irritation rather than predation.[30][31][32]i dont know
They live longer in captivity not the wild
Bambo and fruit. Not sure what kinds though. Sorry
They act diffrent because the one in captivity are more commer than ones in the wild.and because they are calm and the wild pandas are all wild and stuff like that
like a lot of wild animals, not very well. despite the cuddly appearance and cute videos on animal planet, pandas are really dangerous. sort of like any other kind of bear...
Pandas can survive in captivity, but they require constant tending to and expert knowledge.

Pandas are more known to be safe in captivity because they are an endangered species. There is more of a chance that Pandas will go extinct in the wild because we cant keep track of them.

Pandas live for about 20 years in the wild and 35 years in captivity.
