My opinion on the matter is that parents shouldn't be abusing their children anyway, but i think that parents that are drunks or druggies abuse their children more than a parent who is stressed or depressed.
Substance abuse in children is alcohol; street drugs; stealing prescription drugs from their parents or smoking.
If parents are aware that their teenage children are using illegal drugs and they allow this to happen, then they do have some legal responsibility. If it is happening without their knowledge, then they are not legally responsible.
Of course they should. Parents are their children's guide and teacher to life. Unless they told you to kill, hurt, do drugs or anything illegal. But they are not good teachers if they do drugs depend on their children and things that are just plain wrong so dont follow that.
Parents are more concerned because now in days there are more kidnappers and more drugs and alcohol.
Yes. It makes children think it is right whatever their parents do (which is stupid becaues they're doing drugs.). So yes, it does.
might take prohibited drugs due to no guardian and may not care of their study lol
