Sometimes
Parents shouldn't be responsible for adult children.
It varies from family to family. Usually the biological parents take care of medical expenses, but sometimes the stepparent is just in a better position, is a primary caretaker, or simply feels they want to step up to the plate for a child.
No, they are not
Children take their cue on how to behave from those around them. When parents are noticeably concerned, children's anxiety levels rise. Parents should remain as calm as possible to be fully present for their children.
Children had no 'rights'. The parents had complete control over their families.
The estate is responsible for the medical debts. The exception would be if the children were the insurance holder or co-signed the medical agreement.
If the daughter is a legal adult over the age of 18, then parents have little say or control over them. If the daughter is still a dependent (for tax purposes, for example) on the parents, then the parents do still exert some control legally over the child. Also, a measure can be taken medically if a person is deemed to be suicidial, homicidal, or a sever threat to themselves / others.
yes definitely!
Dependent variable: Whether children were given to adopted parents or natural parents. Independent variable: social relationships at ages 8 and 16.
If the parents are disciplining their children well the children should not be out of control in the first place. If the children are then leave the children with a babysitter and if you cannot afford that trade off babysitting with a friend. No one likes the visit or event ruined by out of control children and it not only makes the parents look like fools for allowing their children's bad behavior, but adults will unfairly dislike your children which is sad because often times unruly children generally grow up and become decent young adults.
