Not sure what rights you are referring to here. You have no rights to the baby or to tell her what to do regarding whether she would keep it or not. That is only her choice, not even his.

The only way is if her parents allow you to see each other. When the baby is born you have a legal right to see your child but until the mother is emancipated it is her parents who decide who she is allowed to see.
