Yes, penguins live in deserts, especially the Antarctic Desert which has a number of populations of several species of penguin. There are also penguins that nest on the coasts of both the Namib and Atacama Deserts.
Penguins do not live in the Sahara Desert.
There is no such thing as a desert penguin. There are penguins that live in the desert, however. Antarctica is the largest desert in the world and penguins have adapted to live in the coastal regions of that continent. There are also penguins on the Pacific coast of the Atacama Desert in Chile.
They are both deserted and nobody wants to live near them
The Sahara desert.
they live in antartica where elsa would they live in the desert
penguins live in cold areas of the antarctic and warm areas of Australia and south America
A penguin! There are several species of penguin that live in Antarctica (a true desert) as well as on the coastal regions of the Namib Desert (Jackass Penguins) and Atacama Desert (Humboldt Penguins).
Antarctica is the biggest desert and the only animals that live there are penguins and seals and sea lions. Most of these live along the coast and not in the interior of the desert.
You can identify it as a Desert if it is, Deserted or some animals and plants live in that certain place. And if only an few Rain in occurs in a Year.
The only frozen desert is Antarctica and it has few resident animals. The closest to a predator are the seals and sea lions that live in coastal areas but they feed in the ocean, not on land. Penguins also inhabit areas near the coast but they, also, feed in the sea and not on land.
The Sahara desert. The moon. Switzerland. Ethiopia.
Your premise is incorrect. Penguins do live in deserts. Almost the entire continent of Antarctica is desert and penguins live there. Along the coast of the Namib Desert in Africa you will find the African Penguin and on the Pacific Coast of Chile you will find the Humboltd Penguin who nest in the cliffs there. The penguins seem well suited to their desert habitats.
