It depends on what part of Ireland you are from. (I would know cause I live in Ireland) Dublin is just a city. In parts like Mayo, Cavan, Galway, Cork, Donegal, Tipperary, Kerry, Wexford, Carlow, Navan, Wicklow, Waterford, Monaghan etc. it has a lot of farm land but again it depends on what part of any of these county's you go to. All the farmland areas are normally on the out skirts and then the towns/ cities would be in the centre.
