well... I don't no which one but theres local and general anesthetic,one of them makes you to go to la la land,when they take it out you are back to normal,the other one makes you sleep.
It didn't. Anesthesia is being able to block pain or feeling, and has nothing to do with sustaining natural resources. It DID have a lot to do with improving the quality of life for people that needed surgery, gave birth to babies, had teeth pulled, etc.
