Do people of the Christian faith believe that they are born inherently good evil or neutral?

But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, 9. Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; 10. But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: 11. For there is no respect of persons with God.

Psalms 119:115,116. Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God. 116. Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

Man is born inherently evil with a sin nature - man sins naturally, but this can be overcome by the power of the Holy Spirit after being born again.
