Do people that don't have body modifications feel like outcast?

Only if aggressive marketing and peer pressure makes them feel that way, and if it does they need to consider who and what is making their self-esteem go down. Take notice of those who have modifications and see how many are happy with the way they look, regardless of those modifications. They'll still be spending more than they earn on beauty treatments, hair treatments, designer clothes, and all the accessories from bags, briefcases and cars in order to convince themselves they are not as good, but better, than others. Step back and see how good their lives are. Would you want to change places?

Well... 'The Old Republic' hasn't actually been released yet, so I assume you are speaking of 'Knights of the Old republic'.... I personally believe KotOR is much better than Jedi Outcast.. But... They are both so very different.... KotOR is more of an RPG... and Jedi Outcast is more.... How to put it.... Hack'n'Slash?, well.... In Outcast, you dont get as much of an option as to whether you wanna be Super evil and force persuade people into jumping over a balcony on Nar Shadaa, and believe me when I say.. THAT is fun :)
