I don't know that is why I am asking.

Eyes they can see with? No. However, on their feathers they may have patterns that look like eyes to scare away their predators.

Peregrine falcons mate for life. One pair will tend a nest together and hatch many babies (or eyas) over the years. For each of these little ones, the parents will mate and the mother will lay an egg. After a time it will hatch and the eyaswill see the world for the first time.
Not usually. The bird feeds mainly on small to moderately sized birds. Occasionally, it will hunt small rodents. However, in times of scarcity, a Peregrine has the capability to prey on rabbits.
Peregrine flacons can see over 10 km away. They're vision is about 8 times better then ours, and they have binoculaur vision which helps them detect the distance between them and they're prey. Over all, they have amazing vision
Rufter is the traditional European falconry term for a trapping hood. The purpose of a hood is to calm the bird. These birds are so visually oriented that they are not fearful of what they cannot see.
In North America, their common name is the "Duck Hawk" because that is their easiest target. Worldwide, ANY small bird is 'up for grabs', but they will also take mice, voles, rabbits, and squirrels. Please see the related link below:
It is 8 times better then a humans. So they can hunt from 1000 and over feet in the air
That is not entirely true. When you measure the flight speed of the birds you have to account wind, height and temperature in order to get true speed in still air. Speeds in range of 100mp/h for merganser or a spine tailed swift are highly unrealistic for low level flight propelled solely on muscle power and are definitely helped by relatively strong winds. It was concluded in one long Peregrine Falcon study that lasted almost 48 years that no pray specie that Peregrine pray upon was faster in level flight. To substantiate that, here is one link where you can see falcons hunting ducks. They dominate the air with ease! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-FZdIrKyBk&feature=related There are no Peregrine Falcons in video, but it is known fact that the Peregrine is faster than Prairie Falcon both in level flight and in a stoop.
The possessive form of the noun falcon is falcon's.Example: If you look high on the cliff you can see a falcon's nest.
falcons and eagles
You can not keep a falcon as a pet. You can go through training (sponsorship) and qualify to get a falconers license. The common raptor would be a red tailed hawk. Being a falconer is a lot of work, expense, and dedication. Definitely not a 'pet' experience. Peregrine falcons are protected and require special licensing to possess.
Peregrine Falcons live anywhere except for North pole and South pole. They nest on rocky ledges and scrape loose sand together or gravel to make scrape.(scrape is like a small nest) The female usually lays 3-4 eggs at a time.
