It is believed that they work primarily on psychological base. I.E you believe its going to help it is, I personally used the necklace and an arm sleeve when I played Baseball in highschool. I had tendentious in my bicep and had problems with it all season.. The sleeve helped a little but not a lot, and I noticed that my headaches werent as prominent when wearing the necklace.
