there is a few things that it could be but i would say that it is probably a gland that all guinea pigs have on their rump. It generally tends to show up more in white or very pale coloured Guinea's is nothing to worry about unless you notice any seeping or oozing coming from the gland in which case it will need to be treated by a vet. I have found with my guineas that a bath every 2-3 months and cutting the hair around the gland tends to make it look nicer. x
