Yes Parrots have feelings and can get stressed and depressed. They get very Attached to their owner, they need much attention and care. Keeping a parrot in cage with food and water is far away from enough. Parrots have brain like a 5 years old child very intelligent and can learn to say words. they need interaction with other.
