Piranhas normally live in large groups that swim and feed together. Piranhas prefer to feed on dead on injured prey as killing large prey requires a great deal of energy.
They do swim in groups or schools.
-Swim in circles -Wait for prey -
Haven't you watched the movie Piranha? If u swim in a lake, there might be broken glass, or different kinds of species of animals lurking in the water.
no
schools
Manatees often swim alone, but it is not uncommon for them to form groups, especially when seeking areas of warm water. Groups of manatees are called aggregations or herds.
Piranha's generally occur in small groups of about 20
some do
sometimes if there in the mood
Piranha groups, or schools, typically consist of 5 to 20 individuals, but they can sometimes gather in larger groups, especially during feeding or breeding. The size of these groups can vary depending on the species, environmental conditions, and availability of food. In some cases, schools of piranhas may number in the hundreds, particularly during migrations. However, they are generally social fish that prefer to stay in smaller, cohesive groups.
A piranha swims the same way as any other fish by moving its tail from side to side which gives it forward propulsion in the water
this is a very stupid question. The piranha would. you should not be keeping it with pike. they do not swim in similar waters, and/or they dont get along well. if your willing to kill your pike but when you make it kill larger prey it will kill its own kind.
