Haha. No. Not in the wild at least, and I don't imagine it could happen in captivity either.

I've had 2 prairie dogs in my life and am looking forword to my 3rd. Prairie dogs get along with both cats and dogs. It depends on you animal's personality. Just like any pet. I had a prairie dog that would hold on tight to my mom's bichon frise and my mom's dog would go running. I called what they were doing. 'Playing Football' because they would tackle each other while playing with a small ball about the size of my fist.
As always, animal's personalities have to be taken into advisement.
My 2nd prairie dog would cuddle with my cat and they'd clean each other and fall asleep rolled up together on my bed.
yes, cheetahs could
No. Prairie dogs are rodents, but are in the family Sciuridae, along with squirrels, chipmunks and others. Rats are in the family Muridae.

This is an important question. In some cases dogs and cats get along but as sizes varies so do tempers. Sometimes the problems with temper can be gentic or instictive. many different breeds of dogs may get along with certain breeds of cats, because of the nature behind the animal's history
Actually cats and dogs can get along quite nicely, it's all in the upbringing
