A prepaid phone can allow someone to purchase enough minutes as are necessary without having to worry about a monthly bill being due.
Yes I do buy prepaid cells cards. I have be using a prepaid phone since they first came out in 1997. I love no monthly bill, pay as you go a little expensive but easy to monitor.
