My pug goes outside without clothes because she hates them and is just fine granted in the winter she isnt outside very long. If your puggle isnt going to be out any longer than to do their business then it really doesnt need it but if it will be outside and it is below 35 degrees F, for more than an hour I would give it something to warm up with. Mine has a heated dog house it can go in also my GSD shares the dog house with my pug if she is outside a lot. (the barn cats like the heated dog house too and they all cuddle together when its cold out)
the sort of clothes you should wear on mars are clothes that are appropriate for dust storms and cold weather. you will also need a space suit and a material or mask to help yourself breath on the cold planet. written by NASA
For the most part, dogs do not need clothes. Dogs have fur that keep them warm. In some cases, a dog may need to wear a fleeced or waterproof coat if the weather is particularly cold and the dog in question is a breed that does not have a naturally thick fur coat, but aside from that, a dog does not need clothes.
if you are in cold weather you do.
Essentials: Gloves, scarf, hat, coat, boots. Nice to have in the cold: leg warmers, neck warmer, ear muffs, gloves, scarf, hat, skiing coat, fluffy boots.
The same way weather affect people anywhere. If it's cold, they need more clothes for outside activites. If it's warm, they need less. If it's really warm they'll head for the beaches or somewhere air-conditioned.
cool weather, also live through cold weather
No, penguins do not like hot weather but they need cold weather so they can live.

Really cold ones
no, mine loves sitting in front of the fan, any setting.
If it's cold, clothes keep us warm. If we need to be around sharp stuff, clothes offer a bit of protection. If we need to be out in intense sunlight, clothes protect against that too.
