well, when my cuzion had a pregnant cat they didnt have a eye color so it was black and they didnt get color until like 4 or 5 weeks after birth maybe more but im didnt know if that's the same for dogs but i don't thin k its differnent
Yes, when they are born they almost always have blue eyes,then they change,some do stay blue.
Yes, they are born without there eyes open but when they open them they stay blue for four weeks if they don't change color then there probably not going to change color.
