You have to do quest to wield some weapons.
Idk what your attack is but you should have it at level 60+ by Level 70.
So in that case you would need to start getting Dragon Weapons and you have to complete the quest that Runescape shows you to get those weapons.
Go to quests and follow the monster quests. The game will tell you what buildings to build and in what order. You train the ability to make a monster in the "Monster Locker" then you build monsters in the "Hatcher." It costs lots of puddy to train and then lots of goo to build.
G rank quests are basically monsters with a higher health and attack, some quests will require you to fight up to 3 monsters at once.
You unlock arena quests by capturing the monsters offline. Once captured, you can play it in the arena offline.

Such quests may exist, but if it is farming experience you want, better just go ahead and do some farming. That will be much faster than any quest.

When you complete a Quest on Moshi Monsters, you will see a notice that tells you what you won for completing the Quest. Otherwise, there is no way to check your Quests on Moshi Monsters. If you do not complete the Quest as soon as you start it, you lose the Quest.
