Yes, many rabbits can be taught to lie on their backs, to come, stay, lie down, sit, count, go through tunnels, hop up and down ramps, and jump over obstacles or through hoops. I am currently teaching by Black Dutch buck, Checkers, to jump off my shoulder into his hutch (if I crouch down to the door-level).

im not sure about shaking hands because rabbits dont like being held onto by their hands or legs. but you can certainly teach bunny some other tricks that are more natural for bunny like 'sit up!' (making bunny sit up on his hind legs). my bunny can do this
