You need to check with your local fair. Some fairs (county) have classes for mixed breeds, some have doe and litter classes that don't have to be purebred. But, most fairs have adopted the ARBA guidelines and do not have classes for mixed breed rabbits. Contact your local fair board or Extension Office and they can answer the question about your particular fair.
