rabbits do hop on two leg's.If they didn't they would Lew's control and hop in the wrong direction.
Their movement is both quadrupedal [ using four limbs - 2 hands (using knuckles ) & 2 legs ] & bipedal [ only using legs ] .
it takes a rabbit one week until they can hop or possibly two but more than likely it is one week because they are mature enough
jump. hop is with one leg --------------------------------------- jump because frogs use two legs at a time alternativly. saying that they hop is commonly used because frogs seem to "hop arround" but it is actually jumping "technically". but i guess "technically" no one cares what type of question is this!!!!!!!!! weellll nnooo oonneee careesss aaabbooouuutt sssttuupppiiiddd FFRROOGGSS so what the heck
A kangaroo has 4 legs. It has two strong hind legs, and two small forelegs. Although kangaroos hop on their two rear legs, they can use all four and their tail for a slow, dragging 'walk'.
Rabbits are prey animals, and their only real defense against predation is their hind legs: rabbits run really, really fast. Unless caught off-guard, rabbits can out-run many animals: that's what their powerful hind legs are for. If they are caught off-guard, rabbits can execute amazing acrobatic twists in mid-air so they can change direction and run away from the predator: their powerful hind legs help with that, too. Lastly, when rabbits fight one another (usually, two males fighting for a female), they can hurt each other a little with their teeth, but really it's the powerful hind legs that are their weapons: rabbits disembowel each other!! The problem is, rabbits have such strong hind legs, that if you pick them up or handle them wrong, and they panic and kick into the air, they can break their own backs! That's why you must be very careful with rabbits.
Rabbits have four feet: two long hind-feet at the back, and two small fore-feet at the front. Wild rabbits get trapped sometimes and loose a foot, but live on with 3. If it is a back one that they lose they tend to hop in circles a lot. Pet rabbits sometimes loose a foot as well, for one reason or another. Disabled rabbits can often be accommodated and can live long, happy lives.what that crazy
Rabbits are lagomorphs. Lagomorphs are small four-legged vertebrates that are plant eaters (herbivores). They have thick fur and short tails or no tail. Lagomorphs have two or three pairs of incisors for chewing.
Rabbits have four long teeth in the top front of their mouths, two long teeth in front bottom of their mouth, long ears, short legs in front, and large powerful legs in the back (in comparison to the front.)
They hop to get places, and because their build and the power in their back feet doesn't allow them to walk like humans or other animals. If you'd like me to describe a hop to you, I can, but it's really what it sounds like; the rabbit pushes off the ground with his hind feet, goes into the air an inch or two, and puts his front legs down before his back legs. A hop covers maybe half a foot to a foot of ground, depending on how fast your rabbit is going, how strong he is, what breed he is, and where he is.
Yes rabbits are best in pairs like my rabbits, i had one to start with and she was really lonely so we bought another one and they are both really happy together, if you do get two rabbits, only get one boy and one girl because if you get two girls they fight and its the same with boys.
Animals which walk on just 2 legs are called bipeds, they are bipedal.
