Accidentally. On Episode 3 of Naruto Part I. This ninja in front bumped into Naruto, making him fall against Sasuke. Coincidentally they both had the lips curled and you know what happens then.
Sauske also said he's gonna kill naruto while both are reacting to their "kiss"
